By default, Joe Ugly Apparel only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THERE IS A DEFECT IN PRINTING OR ANYTHING INCORRECT ON OUR END. ALL SALES ARE FINAL OTHERWISE. CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ORDERING CORRECT SIZE AND COLOR. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING SPEEDS. IF YOU ORDER A SHIRT PRIOR TO A HOLIDAY WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL BE THERE FOR SAID HOLIDAY. ORDER IN ADVANCE!
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and we can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you (the customer) ordered the wrong size or color, Joe Ugly Apparel is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of providing the right information for your order.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Joe Ugly Apparel directly at [email protected] and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After an investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
If you received a different item than what you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.
